Property Access
- Accessing the property: From the garage and parking lot to the front door of the condo, there are two flights of stairs. Once inside the condo, everything is on the main level, except some bedrooms and bathrooms are on an upper level.
- This is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo. If you want to rent the property as a full 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, please contact us or look for the 4-bedroom version of the property.
- Starting June 1, 2025: A Level 2 EV charging station will be available in the garage. Compatible with NACS (Tesla) and J1772 equipped vehicles.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking allowed.
- Minimum age: 30 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
- Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
- Pets: 0 (no pets allowed).
- All guests are required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement within 72 hours of booking and prior to occupying the property. Additional group or identification details may be requested. Background checks may be performed in accordance with local law. A credit card and/or refundable security/damage deposit may be required.
- High Occupancy Fee: Some properties may use a high occupancy fee for larger groups. Agreement requires correct group size be entered when booking and updated as needed, which may affect total cost and security deposit.
- Long Term Rentals (28 nights or more) require discussion and approval before booking and will require a security deposit and possible mid-stay cleaning/inspections. Standard cleaning fee covers final cleaning only. For stays longer than one week, additional mid-stay cleaning fees equal to the final cleaning fee may apply per extra week.

Parking Information
- Parking permits are required due to proximity to the ski slopes.
- The condo includes a private, heated 1-car garage (suitable for most vehicles except the largest SUVs/trucks). A second vehicle can be parked in front of the garage. Shared covered parking is available first come, first served. Trailers, campers, and RVs are not allowed. Contact for additional parking options.
- 4WD or AWD and good tires are recommended during winter conditions in Steamboat Springs.
Utilities and Amenities Access

- Air conditioning is provided in the condo, with AC units in the upstairs bedrooms.
